Terms of service

These terms apply to this website and to every order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them. We may change them at any time; the version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.

The shop

FAD sells women's watches online in Egypt. Orders are accepted only for delivery inside Egypt.

Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it — not when the order is submitted. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if an item turns out to be out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we cannot reach you to confirm the delivery details. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you are refunded in full.

Prices and stock

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include tax where tax applies. Prices and availability can change without notice. Stock shown on a product page is the stock we hold at that moment; a watch can sell out between the page loading and the order being placed.

Payment

We offer cash on delivery and online payment. Cash on delivery is collected by the courier at the door.

Delivery

We deliver across all governorates in Egypt. Shipping is charged once per order, whatever the number of watches, and the cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery costs and times, and who pays for a second delivery attempt, are set out in our shipping policy.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order, in cases of manufacturing defects only. Our refund policy sets out what to send us and what happens next.

The watches

Every product page states that watch's movement, case material and diameter, strap material and width, clasp, and whether it is water resistant. Those are the specifications we have from the supplier and we do not publish any we have not been given.

Screens render colour differently. A gold tone, a silver tone or a dial colour can look different on your screen from the piece in your hand.

Steel bracelets are supplied at full length. Sizing one — removing links — is not part of the sale.

Your account and your conduct

If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to copy its content for your own commercial use.

Our content

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to FAD or to the suppliers whose products we sell. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits any right you have under Egyptian consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
