Manufacturing defects

If you believe your watch has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps.

Incorrect orders

If you receive a watch different from the one you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Bracelet sizing

Steel bracelets are supplied at full length. A bracelet that needs links removed is not a defect — see our size guide.
